Dying Light - The Following is only the DLC The Following. You need the base game for that aswell, it's not standalone. As the others have said I would recommend the Enhanced edition though since it contains all important DLC (including the following) and the base game.
The difference between original Dying Light and Dying Light The Following - Enhnaced Edition is that original doesn't contain paid DLC. The Enhanced Edition will contain The Following DLC which is a huge expansion to Dying Light, as well as The Bozak Horde and etc.
