Apr 12, 2019 · Mine came with the phone box and I like it. Not only is it a wireless charger but also a signal booster. I've seen it add 2-3 bars to my signal at times. As the previous poster said you have to plug the phone in for Carplay/Android Auto but for short trips I normally don't bother doing that and just listen to XM.

On your Audi infotainment screen, locate and select “Phone Apps.” “Phone Apps” is the first option on the second row, under “Radio” and to the left of “Vehicle." A message will appear on your Audi infotainment screen, reading “Now connect your iPhone to the vehicle to be able to use Apple CarPlay: Audi_MMI_#.”

Mar 21, 2007 · I am trying to install a OEM XM radio into my 06 A4. However, I don't know which model number will work in my car or where to get such a tuner. I have checked Audi shops, but they only have Sirius and its like $500. I did find one model 8E0-057-593-A, but don't know if it will work. If someone could help me out, it would be appreciated.
